
“These are the best homemade chocolate chip muffins! And there super easy to whip up real quick!”

How to make them…
>Mix Vinegar and milk into a small bowl. Mix flour, salt, and baking powder into medium bowl. In a large bowl mix oil and sugar together, than add eggs.
>>The vinegar will curdle a little. That’s just the acid working with the milk, you want that!
>>>Mix in the milk and flour alternating into the oil sugar mixture. Starting and ending with flour. Bake and your good to go!!
Makes 24 yummy muffins.

What’s in it?
1 1/2 cup milk + 1 tablespoon of vinegar
1/2 cup oil (I use olive or avocado)
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups flour
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips coated in flour
How do ya make it?
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix the milk and vinegar set aside.
2. In a large bowl mix oil, sugar, eggs, baking soda and powder, and salt.
5. Alternatively add milk and flour to mixture (being careful not to over mix).
6. Mix in floured chocolate chips.
7. Bake until golden brown and springs back in the middle when touched, about 25mins. Enjoy!
