Apples are awesome, the pink ladies or honeycrisps are my favorite! There also delicious in apple pie, apple cider, or apple butter to name a few, but just eating them straight off a tree and right in your hand is the best way.

“But isn’t all those sugars bad for” heck no, fruits have gotten a bad reputation the past years but fruit sugars are not like regular cane sugar or corn syrup, there low glycemic which means they don’t go right through you instead of hangin’ out in the blood stream or on your stomach walls.
