This easy healthy fig bars are so good! Made with homemade fig paste this will be your new favorite snack! (And it’s easy to make!!)

What’s in it?
2 1/2 cups oat flour*
1 tsp baking powder
4 tbs collagen
2 tbs chia seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup mct oil or coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 egg yolks
About 1 cup of Healthy homemade fig paste
How do ya make it?
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Make homemade fig paste.
- Blend oats*. Whisk together all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Then mix in the wet ingredients.
- Flatten out your dough on a silicone baking sheet, then place another silicone baking sheet on top and roll until about 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut dough in half down the middle then place the fig paste in the middle of each side**. Fold one side together and place on a baking sheet seam side down. Bake until puffed a little bit, about 15 minutes. Enjoy!!


*Blending oat flour is super easy, just put the oats in a coffee grinder and blend!!
