Apple Shallot balsamic salad with extra sharp white cheddar and candied pecans

I have to say, this is like, my favorite meal!!! When I said that, my sister Tyler who is 13yrs looked at me like I was crazy! She doesn’t like anything balsamic so I guess I understand… I mean there are other meals about as good as this salad, like Daddy’s Tika masalla or Mommy’s creamy basil stuffed shells (which the recipe should be coming this Sunday!!!).

This is more like an idea, if you prefer something else like onion instead of shallot, walnuts instead of pecans, peaches instead of apples, or goat cheese instead of extra sharp cheddar, (which I think I might like goat cheese best) then go for it! Get creative!! Take your salad from boring, to amazing!!!
