Yes yes yes!!! This is it guys, the best Sunday dinner around! Momma makes this stuffed shells like you’ve never tasted before… and she has the recipe for y’all to try! (Put some love in it, that’s mom’s secret;))

This dish is perfect for gatherings or Sunday supper, or anytime you need a good ole pasta dish that’s better then the average pasta. And you can make some homemade sourdough rolls to go with it:)

Here are some step by step pictures on how it works…

Now have your pan, chicken, shells, and mozzarella ready.

I hope y’all work as fast as momma does, it’s kinda time consuming but ask any Potter and they’ll tell you it’s worth it!!!

So perfect that she doesn’t even have a recipe, sorry folks! No exact recipe, but I am gonna share with y’all the ingredients and you guys just put in according to your likings!

The ingredients, not everything is exact because momma knows it by heart, so if you need to change up something then go for it! Momma won’t be to mad;)
4 chicken breast
3 boxes of shell noodles
1/2 onion
1 shallot
2 garlic bulbs
About 3 cups of heavy cream
A lot of mozzarella
Parmesan cheese
A lot of basil, like a lot.
The how to…
1. Start chicken breast and add a lot of garlic powder and some salt.
2. Start noodles according to the package.
3. Statue shallot, onion, and garlic with butter.
4. Cut chicken and return to pan. Add onion mixture, and black pepper, then the cream. As its heating up add Parmesan and mozzarella cheese as your mixing. Make sure your mixing as you add the cheese so that it doesn’t curdle up. Add chopped basil and mix.
5. Now start stuffing the shells. First grab a shell, then place a spoon full of chicken inside, then cheese, then layer them in a large pan. (See pictures above). After the first layer then add a second layer, if there’s still more shells then add a third layer. Whatever chicken is leftover pour over the top of everything. Then top with lots of cheese and basil.
6. Bake at 425degrees until golden brown and it’s cheesy goodness on top. Enjoy these amazing stuffed shells!!

Recipe credit to the awesome, amazing, Ma Potter!! Hope y’all enjoy these as much as The Potter’s do!!!
