If you like Oreos, you’ll like these black cocoa protein truffles!

If you like intense cocoa flavor, roll them in black cocoa.

You can add sprinkles for a little “pop”.

The ingredients and how to make them…

  • 1/2 cup Black cocoa
  • 1/2 cup plain whey protein
  • 1/2 cup mixed but butter
  • 1/8 cup maple syrup
  • Half and half

Mix Cocoa and whey, now add nut butter and maple syrup. If it’s to dry then add some half and half. Place in freezer until hard enough to roll into balls, about 10 minutes. Use a cookie scooper or tablespoon and ball out the dough. Now place back in freezer if needed. Take out and roll into cocoa or sprinkles or eat them just like that!
