Za’atar is a middle eastern spice mixed with yummy herbs, toasted sesame seeds, and sumac. Delicious on Mana’eesh, a pita style Lebanese bread.

How to make it:
Toast 2 Tablespoons of sesame seeds.
In a mortar, or coffee grinder, mix
3 tablespoon of thyme,
3 tablespoons of oregano,
3 tablespoons of marjoram,
2 tablespoons of sumac.
Blend until fully incorporated.
That’s it! Now go put it on some Manasseh with olive oil, or whatever you want to add some spices too!!
