What’s in it?
Date oat bottom:
15 dates
2 cups oats
3 Tbs chia
1/2 -1 cup water
Coconut cardamom top:
1 can coconut milk
Coconut cream from 1 can (about 1/2 cup)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 Tbs cardamom
2 Tbs gelatin
5 Tbs collagen
How do ya make it?
- For the date and oat bottom: Blend dates, oats, and chia seeds in a food processor, staring with 1/2 cup, add water until it turns into a paste. Push down in a 9×9 pan, and put in freezer.
- For the coconut cardamom top: Place coconut milk, cream, cardamom, and maple syrup in a pot over medium-high heat. Heat until almost boiled. Add gelatin and collagen and let cool to room temperature. Then pour over the date oat bar and place in refrigerator until set. Cut into those delicious bars and enjoy!!
