PURPLE BASIL!!

Purple basil might just be my favorite herb, packed with antioxidants makes this beautiful herb antibacterial, anti-cancer, immune boosting, skin repairing, and on top of that…. basil is high in vitamin K, manganese, copper, and iron. Can I just live off of basil?? Yum.

What’s in it?

  • 3 cups of mixed greens (spinach, kale, mini chard, whatever you like)
  • 2 large watermelon radishes
  • 5-10 bellflowers
  • Handful of purple basil
  • For the dressing:
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon grounded white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 lemon squeezed

How do ya make it?

  1. Mix greens, radishes, and purple basil in a bowl.
  2. In a mason jar, add everything for the dressing and shake until combined.
  3. Pour over greens, serve, and enjoy!!
