Colorful Smoothie Bowls ~with a purpose~

Smoothies, not only can you have fun with them but there also so good for you! With the help of my younger sisters, we made 5 different smoothie bowls for you to try. From blue majik to honeydew melon we’ve got your recipes here!

Three of my sisters, {Tyler (13), Grace (11), and Hope (11)}, and I, each picked out a vibrant fun smoothie bowl to make, here’s what we made:

Tyler’s Blue replenishing bowl: blue majik banana peach pineapple w/collagen topped with mulberries, banana, donut peaches, borage flowers.

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Blend together-

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 peach, frozen
  • 2 tablespoons collagen
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 capsules of blue majik

Pour in bowl, and top with sliced donut peaches, sliced banana, mulberries, and borage flowers.

Graces purple antioxidants bowl: huckleberry blueberry fig w/collagen topped with huckleberries, blueberries, and figs.

HOW TO MAKE:

Blend together-

  • 1/4 cup huckleberries, frozen
  • 1/4 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, frozen
  • 2 tablespoons collagen
  • 1/2 cup açaí juice
  • 1/2 cup water

Pour in bowl and top with huckleberries, blueberries, and sliced figs.

Hopes pink immunity bowl: Pitaya strawberry rose w/collagen topped with black sesame, dragon fruit, and rose.

HOW TO MAKE:

Blend together-

  • 1/2 cup Pitaya, frozen
  • 1 cup strawberries, frozen
  • 1 teaspoon rose water
  • 1 cup water

Pour in bowl and top with black sesame seeds, dragon fruit pieces, and a rose.

Hydrating energizing green bowl : Matcha melon coconut milk w/ collagen topped with melon balls, matcha powder, coconut flakes and mint leaves.

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Blend together-

  • 1 cup honeydew melon, frozen
  • 1/2 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup mixed greens
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons collagen
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder

Pour in bowl and top with matcha powder, melon balls, coconut flakes, and mint leaves.

Detoxifying yellow bowl: Golden milk banana coconut w/ collagen topped with mulberries, turmeric, banana, and calendula petals.

HOW TO MAKE:

Blend together-

  • 2 bananas, frozen
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons golden milk powder

Pour into bowl and top with mulberries, turmeric, sliced banana, and calendula petals.
