Lung cleansing tea {for wildfire smokey air}

We often get a lot of wildfires during summer, but this year has been even worst! We had the air quality go into “Hazardous” zone for a few days, and it’s still smokey. Not only is it annoying that you can’t see out beautiful mountains around us, but it’s also very dangerous to breathe in. Symptoms of breathing in smoke can be: throat irritation, wheezing, sneezing, coughing, runny nose, congestion, chest discomfort, eye irritation, and shortness of breath.

So that is why my sister, Tyler who is 13yrs came up with this recipe. It good for cleaning the lungs and helping to keep you relaxed. Hope you enjoy!!

While all of this may seem a bit irritating, there’s things we can do to help.
