Lavender White Iced Tea {with mulberry and rose}

It’s the last day of summer and I knew I needed to make a post with something delicious, light, and refreshing. A tea, yup! Bright and airy beautiful colors with the roses from our garden that I was so exited to pick for a picture! This lavender white tea is soooo good…..

Thanks Grace for your helping hand;)

The softness of the white tea with the settle lavender back note pairs well with the vanilla-y flavor of the mulberries and the essence of rose petals all steeped perfectly then iced for a refreshing spot of tea:).

I don’t normally like lavender because we don’t use it to often since dads sensitive to it, but when I saw we had a lavender white tea in there I thought, “why not give it a try?”. The lightness of the lavender just settled beautifully as a back note.

Mulberries…. I’m not sure how mulberries made its way into this tea, maybe because there so good!! I’ve been on a mulberry kick and adding them to this drink adds a wonderful flavor but also some fun texture. But of course you can always leave them out if you don’t like textures in your tea.

These ice cubes are our new favorite, there shaped as hexagons and are perfect sizing!! We got them from TjMaxx but I’m sure you can order them online. You will defiantly be seeing more of these cubes on thepotterstable.

The bits of green your seeing is honeydew sage from our garden. Feel free to top of the drink with some mint or rose petals.

This recipe makes 4-16oz glasses.

  • 1 Tbs powdered rose
  • 1/4 cup mulberries
