I LOVE BRUSSEL SPROUTS!!! yes, I did just say that, and if you clicked on this recipe you most likely like Brussel sprouts also, so high five!!!

These aren’t your ordinary Brussel sprouts though… I have added fresh beets, figs, apples, and garlic all into the oven with them and tossed them with some olive oil, balsamic, and some other goodies…

What’s in them?
- 4 cups Brussel sprouts, cut in halve
- 1 Apple, diced
- 1 medium beet, diced
- 6 figs, cut in half
- 1 whole garlic bud, peeled and diced
- Tossed in:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons dried basil
- 1 tablespoon salt
How do ya make it?
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- Place the Brussel sprouts, apple, fig, and garlic into a large bowl. Mix all the “tossed in” ingredients into a small bowl, then drizzle over the Brussel sprouts.
- Pour on pan and bake until crispy on the edges, about 15-20 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!!!
