A fun way to spruce up your appetizer game… these stuffed squash blossoms are both beautiful, and a great way to use up those extra blossoms in the garden 😂

Squash blossoms are high in calcium, iron, and vitamins C and A. So not only are they pretty, but nutritious too!!

Have you ever grown kabocha squash?! Just gotta warn ya, these guys take over!! Our green house is like a squash jungle filled with vines upon vines 😄


What’s in them?!
- Squash blossoms
- Goat cheese
- Parsley
- Honey
- Dill
How to make them?!
- 1). Simply mix all the ingredients together (besides the blossoms).
- 2). Gently fill each blossom just about 1/3 of the way, then twist the tops. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
- 3). Serve, then enjoy!!
