I was gonna top it with melted chocolate, but “unfortunately” they were made into delicious cookies last night from my brother 😉 so honey just had to do…
What’s in it:
- 3/4cup oats
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup milk (or coconut milk)
- Optional: chia seeds, basil seeds (yes, basil seeds), cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla, salt.
- Toppers: frozen raspberries, granola, honey, chocolate chip drizzle, or whatever your heart desires;)
How to make it:
- Oh it’s so hard…
- First you mix the oats, coconut, honey, and milk, then you put it in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, top with raspberries, more shredded coconut, drizzle honey and chocolate, and enjoy!!
