Lemon cucumber Basil seed drink with rose and lychee

With lemon and cucumber to hydrate, and the basil seeds to keep you full, this drink is perfect for keeping you going on a hot sunny day.

Why basil seeds?

Basil seeds have been around for a long time, why haven’t us Americans discovered this amazing nutrient dense seed?

How to make it? This is a lemon cucumber basil seed drink with rose and lychee. You can make the drink any flavor you like!

Add 1 tablespoon of basil seeds per 8oz of water with a few cucumber pieces (we cut them into 4ths). Let it sit for at least 15 minutes. squeeze half a lemon into the drink, now add rose and lychee extract and sweetener of choice, we use allulose , a new sweetener made from starches with very low glycemic index.
