These brioche buns are the best! Top them off with fried chicken and you got a chicken sandwich! Soooo good…

The recipe is so easy and amazing that you will never buy hamburger buns again! This was my first time ever making these buns ad they were so fluffy that is was hard to cut them in half!

Makes 16 buns in 2 1/2 hours.
Here’s the ingredients:
- 2 c. warm water (110-115 degrees)
- 6 tablespoons warm milk
- 1 1/2 Tbs active dry yeast
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 4 eggs (2 for the dough and 2 for the top)
- 6 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 Tbs salt
- 5 Tbs unsalted butter melted, not to hot.
Here’s how to make it:
- Mix together yeast, water, milk, and sugar into a small bowl. Then add 2 of eggs.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, salt and butter, mix until combine.
- Now add yeast mixture and knead for 8-10 minutes. Let dough rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
- Now divided the dough into 16 different pieces. Let it rise for another hour.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Beat 2 egg yolks with 2 tablespoons of water. Brush on buns and bake for 15-20 minutes. Let it cool slightly and enjoy!!
