To make the pumpkin spice pour over, you simply put the pumpkin spice with your coffee grounds in the coffee strainer and pie your hot water over, simple as that!

How to make pumpkin spice:

Mix together:

1/4 cup ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons ground ginger

1 tablespoon ground nutmeg

1 tablespoon ground cardamom

1 teaspoon ground allspice

1 teaspoon ground cloves

What’s in it?

  • For a pot of pumpkin spice pour over:
  • Freshly ground coffee beans
  • Hot water
  • 2 Tablespoons pumpkin spice (homemade or store bought)
  • For 1 serving of collagen maple creme:
  • 2 tablespoon half and half
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 scoop/2Tbs collagen
  • Maple syrup to taste
  • Sprinkle of pink salt.

How do ya make it?

  1. First you make the spiced pour over by heating your hot water, pour over freshly ground coffee beans.
  2. Now make your collagen maple creme: combine half and half, milk, collagen, and maples syrup in a shaker cup. Shake until we’ll combine. (If you would rather this be warm, heat milks on low heat until just before boil).
  3. Pour coffee in mug, and place the collagen maple creme on top, sprinkle with salt and cinnamon, then enjoy!!
