Would you like your marshmallow fluff with espresso? or matcha?

Either way, it’s quite delicious! With the airy-ness of the homemade marshmallow fluff and your choice of astringent aromatic espresso or smooth creamy matcha this is a must make treat!

Tyler, my younger sister, (who just turned 14 years old, oh my!) and I have been going a bit crazy with marshmallow fluff…. it’s been like marshmallow fluff everything the past couple weeks! Haha!

It’s like dairy free awesomeness (I don’t have a problem with dairy, but for someone who can’t have dairy this is pretty cool!!). The fluffiness of the marshmallow fluff mixed in with the espresso or matcha is like texture heaven. Sooooo good!!!

What’s in it?

How to make it:

  1. Make Homemade marshmallow fluff.
  2. Then choose weather you would like espresso or matcha, or both.
  3. To make espresso, we used a moka pot like we did with this white coffee.
  4. To make matcha, mix matcha powder together with 1/8 less then the recipe calls for.
  5. Fluff up your cup, choose your topping, and go for it!! Enjoy!!
