Orange blossom Grapefruit mango sunset smoothie {creamy & delicious}

A lot of people underestimate the power of fruits, we need fruit for out daily dose of amazing vitamins and nutrients!! Milk as well, with calcium, potassium, phosphorus, vitamin D and B vitamins, it’s a great why to intake vitamins and minerals!! And the orange blossom is great for skin hydration and has calming benefits. Made complete with plain why protein, this smoothie is awesome for energy and muscle building!!

What’s in it?

  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 1 banana
  • Milk
  • 1/2 cup plain whey
  • For the grapefruit orange blossom, add:
  • 1 grapefruit, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon orange blossom
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

How to make it:

  1. In a blender, combine mango, bananas, whey, and enough milk to blend well. Blend until fluffy. Fill cups half way with smoothie
  2. With the rest of the smoothie, add grapefruit, orange blossom, and strawberries then blend well.
  3. Top the pink smoothie on the orange smoothie and take a knife up and down the sides to get the “sunset” effect. Serve with mint leaves and marigold pedals and enjoy!!
