
Taro jasmine vanilla milk tea… doesn’t that just sound amazing? The taro complements the creaminess of the milk while the jasmine punches out some floral notes hinted with vanilla and sweetened with honey, this drink is for anybody that like a good milk tea!!!


Taro? What is that? Taro is a starchy root that originated from Asia, it has brown skin with white flesh that has little specks of purple throughout (hence the purple color). Taro is great for many dishes or drinks in need of more layers of flavor. It has a creamy, vanilla-y, like flavor and used in many Asian cuisines. Taro of high in fiber, manganese, vitamin B6, vitamin E, potassium, copper, vitamin C, phosphorus, and magnesium, this root is amazing! Em I right?

Jasmine… can you just smell it now? This amazing flower is so aromatic you can’t frown around them! Literally, jasmine flowers are anti-depressant. It’s also anti-spasmodic, meaning it can help with cramps, coughs, asthma, congestions, and breathlessness. Being antiseptic, jasmine flowers also can kill bacteria of all kinds. Jamins flowers are also great for wounds and scars. It’s also an antioxidant and anti-cancerous, but most importantly it taste amazing!!!

Now I think we all know how good vanilla is! Milk is so good in many ways, providing you with necessary nutrients such as calcium, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, and vitamins B2, B12, and vitamin D.

What’s in it?
- 1 tablespoon taro powder
- 1 tablespoon jasmine flowers
- Splash of vanilla
- Honey to taste
- 32oz milk
How to make?
- Steep jasmine flowers in 1/2 cup water, add taro powder and honey then mix.
- Pour glasses of milk, pour syrup over the top, and enjoy!!
